A plain-language explanation of what the planner saves and what it does not send.
What stays in your browser
The planner saves priorities, task plans, notes, reflections, inbox tasks, rituals, check-ins, focus history, the current timer, and preferences in local storage. The app does not upload these entries to an application server.
There are no accounts, advertising scripts, or app analytics. Local storage is not an encrypted vault: anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read the planner.
What a normal page visit sends
Your browser requests the website files from the hosting provider. That provider may keep standard request information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and requested page. The app does not attach your planner entries to those requests.
Typography uses Google Fonts. Your browser sends normal font requests to Google. Planner notes and tasks are not included. System fonts remain available if those requests fail.
Backups and transfers
Downloads are created locally in your browser. Restoring a backup reads the selected file locally; the app does not upload it. JSON backups include personal entries, so store and share them with care.
Different browsers, devices, profiles, and domains have separate storage. Backup and restore is a manual transfer, not a continuous sync service. Restoring replaces existing planner data after confirmation and stops the old timer.
Retention and deletion
The app does not automatically expire your saved days. Data remains until you replace it, clear the site's browser storage, or the browser removes it. Clearing the site's storage removes the planner stored there. Download a backup first if you want a copy.
Backups already downloaded remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted separately. The site has no server copy from which to recover deleted local entries.
What the timer can do
The app stores a session's end time so it can catch up after a refresh. It does not run a background alarm service or send push notifications. Sound requires an open planner page and browser permission.
Use the planner with confidence
Watch for storage warnings, keep regular backups, and use your own browser profile. Read the backup guide before moving to a different device or domain.
